We use a simple tool, I hadn\u2019t seen before to make it quick and simple with very high levels of success.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>BASICALLY only the cork should get screwed.\u00a0 No broken corks, no puncture wounds\u2013for you!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Cork screw is also called a wine key, or a waiter&#8217;s pry.<\/p>\n<p>There are a few tools that are poor choices for opening bottles\u2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>There are the best\u00a0tools which may include some you may want to\u00a0avoid.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>These\u00a0(affiliate) links\u00a0will\u00a0get them for you at a good price.<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Basic lever corkscrew &#8211; very inexpensive, small and portable, comes on an army knife. (Tip: hold the arm down tightly until you get it firmly pinned down to the cork and begin twisting straight down.) (TIP: Go straight down and use the lever to pull the cork straight up. Don\u2019t crank the cork to the side.
