Fasting is the topic for next week.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Together, we’ll be covering the questions:
\nWhat is fasting?
\nWhat does it involve?<\/strong>
\nWho fasts; or who should fast?
\nWhat’s the point<\/em> of fasting?
\nWhat are the benefits? What are the drawbacks?
\nHow and when has it been used in the Bible, and throughout Christian history?
\nWhat kinds of fasting are there?
\nShould I fast, and for how long?
\nGuidelines, explanations, and interaction this coming Sunday, January 23rd, and 10 a.m. Bellegrove United Methodist Church, Anneville, Pa.
