Let’s make today simpler: Perhaps it can be a more reflective, and contemplative section of your week. Together, let’s turn our full focus to the infinite and personal Supreme Being of great Love and Mercy. <\/strong><\/p>\n

I hope you are encouraged to carefully read and reflect on this Psalm for a few minutes. It is a song of praise and worship to God, Creator of all. Give your heart over to God, today. My brothers and sisters, our matchless God is worthy of our praise.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Psalm 148<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u00a01<\/sup>\u00a0Praise the LORD.[a<\/a>]<\/sup><\/p>\n

Praise the LORD from the heavens;
\npraise him in the heights above.
\n2<\/sup>\u00a0Praise him, all his angels;
\npraise him, all his heavenly hosts.
\n3<\/sup>\u00a0Praise him, sun and moon;
\npraise him, all you shining stars.
\n4<\/sup>\u00a0Praise him, you highest heavens
\nand you waters above the skies.<\/p>\n

5<\/sup>\u00a0Let them praise the name of the LORD,
\nfor at his command they were created,
\n6<\/sup>\u00a0and he established them for ever and ever\u2014
\nhe issued a decree that will never pass away.<\/p>\n

7<\/sup>\u00a0Praise the LORD from the earth,
\nyou great sea creatures and all ocean depths,
\n8<\/sup>\u00a0lightning and hail, snow and clouds,
\nstormy winds that do his bidding,
\n9<\/sup>\u00a0you mountains and all hills,
\nfruit trees and all cedars,
\n10<\/sup>\u00a0wild animals and all cattle,
\nsmall creatures and flying birds,
\n11<\/sup>\u00a0kings of the earth and all nations,
\nyou princes and all rulers on earth,
\n12<\/sup>\u00a0young men and women,
\nold men and children.<\/p>\n

13<\/sup>\u00a0Let them praise the name of the LORD,
\nfor his name alone is exalted;
\nhis splendor is above the earth and the heavens.

\nthe praise of all his faithful servants,
\nof Israel, the people close to his heart.<\/p>\n
