This is the first question of the Leadership Synchroblog sponsored by Evangelical Seminary<\/a>, running September 10th-14th.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Though most of us don’t run big companies, command platoons, or lead mega-churches,\u00a0but we’ve all had our experiences<\/span> with leadership. <\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

And in certain ways we all lead:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2022 As a parent<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 As a mentor, coach, or teacher <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 In ministry<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 On a project <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 At our job<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u2022 In our neighborhood<\/strong><\/p>\n

…and so on.<\/p>\n

So you’ve probably learned some things along the way through your own experiences. OR, conversely, you’ve been led by an inapt leader…so, you know what NOT<\/em><\/strong> to do.<\/p>\n
