We did a children’s book!
It’s awesome. :) High-quality hardcover and available on Amazon.
FAIR WARNING. This is a high-priced book. For that reason alone it won’t appeal to many. But, for the few that don’t put a price on this type of treasure, it will be in that case priceless. :)
Journey with Rex as he travels to different worlds, and meets characters to help him understand love, belonging, friendship, and ultimately help him find his purpose and his way home.
UPDATE: Book is available here.
Plus a squirrel…(and some other animals)
Anyway…Here’s a few illustrations and a spread from the book “Rex the Boy King”.
One is from my daughter and one from my husband, plus a spread.
My next step is to create a video that is part book trailer and part Kickstarter information and introduction video to garnish some kind of following for the project to bring it to fruition.
Kickstarter allows us to raise the money to publish this book ourselves and offer one-of-a-kind prizes and goodies to those who back the project and support what we are doing.
Stay tune for that. I’ll do a reading, and show more from the book.

Here’s an other taste of the magic happening on my new project.
It’s going be exciting to see this thing make its splash.
If you are a fan of Where the Wild Things Are, the Narnia books, The Little Prince, or The Velveteen Rabbit, then you are going to love this one and I’m counting on you to spread the word!
I’m going all-out with an art book quality self-printing that I hope will be a cherished book beyond my lifetime, and something my daughter can read with her children or grandchildren one day. My goal is to get it into a short-rum printing before the year is out.
I’ve been sparse with details…so — Do you have any questions about this project?
If so, let me know.
